Claw Champion is developed by Hong Kong Catcher Technology Co., Ltd. (“Claw Champion,” “we,” or “us”). We value your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and how we protect it.
1Information We Collect
- Google Account Information: Used to sign in and manage your account. When an account is deleted, related account information is removed in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Email Information: You may provide an email address for account verification and management.
- Location Information: Used to help you enter a shipping address so prizes can be delivered.
- Device and Usage Information: Such as device model, operating-system version, device identifiers, and App usage, used for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Photos, Media, and Files: Processed when you choose to upload an avatar or other content.
- Camera: Accessed only when you choose to take an avatar or related photo.
AI Support Text and Necessary Technical Information
Only after you give explicit consent for the first time and voluntarily open AI support will the text you choose to send be submitted to Chatbase, Inc., a third-party AI service provider. To provide and secure the web service, Chatbase may also process necessary technical information such as your IP address, device or browser type, and usage information.
AI support does not access, collect, or transmit microphone, voice, or audio data. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in the conversation.
2How We Use Information
- Provide sign-in, account verification, and account-management functions.
- Process shipping addresses so prizes can be delivered.
- Analyze App usage to improve features, stability, and performance.
- After your explicit consent, use the text you voluntarily submit to generate AI support responses and use necessary technical information to secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
3Information Sharing and Third-Party AI
We do not sell or rent your personal information. AI customer support is provided by Chatbase, Inc. Before Chatbase is loaded for the first time, the App explains the data being sent, the recipient, and the purpose, and obtains your explicit consent.
Only after you consent will Chatbase process the text you voluntarily submit and the network and technical information necessary to provide the service. The data may be processed in the United States. If you decline, Chatbase will not be loaded and will not receive your question. You may instead contact us at customerservice@clawchampion.com.
We require Chatbase and its subprocessors to protect the relevant data to the same or an equivalent standard as described in this Policy and to process it only to provide, maintain, and secure AI support. Chatbase states that it uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and other safeguards, and that it does not use customer data to train AI models. See the Chatbase Privacy Policy.
Your choice is stored on your device, so you are asked only once during the current App installation. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of AI-support data by contacting our support email. We will process the request under applicable law and forward a deletion request to Chatbase when necessary.
4Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
